Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, but not in the traditional sense.
MapVG doesn’t use a subscription model, so there’s no time-limited trial period. Instead, any map area up to 1 km² (about 0.4 mi²) exports for free, no credits required. This way, you can check the quality and coverage for any location on Earth before committing.
Simply sign up, draw a small box on the map and start exporting.
Do credits expire?
No, once purchased, credits are tied to your account and never expire – use them whenever you need them.
Can I buy a single export without a pack?
Yes, the 1-credit option is designed for one-off vector map exports.
Do you offer refunds on unused credits?
Credits are generally non-refundable – they’re delivered to your account immediately upon purchase and don’t expire, so there’s no time pressure to use them. Before purchasing, we recommend testing with a free export (any area up to 1 km² converts for free) to make sure MapVG suits your needs.
